COURSES | P.G. DIPLOMA IN FAMILY LIFE EDUCATION
A unique multidisciplinary one year compressed semester program. Students have to attend classes for two weeks in the month of August and two weeks in the month of May at the UIM Family Mission Centre, Bangalore. The January module will be given online.
Basic Qualification: Any undergraduate degree from recognized university.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Enables the trained professional to have a thorough knowledge of the subject from a sociological, psychological, theological and legal perspective.
- Can develop tailor-made curriculum for your church / organization to meet the need of the various life stages of family life.
- Can initiate a strong Family Ministry Wing with regular preventive programs and events for the church / organization.
- Will have good in-depth knowledge of the subject to deal with contemporary issues that family faces which includes the needed skills in basic marriage and family counseling.
