Read the instructions before filling the online form

1. Click the course you want to apply for.
2. Download the MLCU form.
   Download the Finance and Sponsorship forms.
   ^{[Not applicable for Certificate Courses]}
   Fill the forms and keep it ready for uploading when required.
3. Keep the following ready for uploading when required:
   1. Aadhaar card
   2. Self-attested photocopies of all the academic records:
      • 10+2+degree Certificates and transcripts (mark sheets).
        ^{[For M.A. & P.G. Diploma]}
      • 10+2 Certificates and transcripts (mark sheets).
        ^{[For Certificate Courses]}
   3. Recent passport size colour photograph
   4. Upload the Screen shot of 1000/- payment towards the REGISTRATION FEES.
   5. Digital signature – Sign on a blank paper. Take photograph or scan and keep it ready for uploading.
4. Click on APPLY NOW. Start filling the form and upload the documents as mentioned.
